Most commercial buildings offer a window — nights, weekends, a term break. A freight facility running against flight schedules does not. There is no time at which the building is conveniently empty, and asking for one is not a realistic request.
So we section rather than schedule. Work the affected area while operations continue elsewhere, move with the flow of the building rather than against it, and give the site a clear statement of which zones are usable and when. What a freight operation needs is predictability, so it can commit to movements.
When water threatens refrigeration plant or the power feeding it, the product is the priority and the building waits. Temperature-controlled stock fails specification quickly and, unlike a wet floor, cannot be recovered afterwards at any cost.

Insulated panel construction holds water inside the panel core where nothing is visible from either face, and the cavity behind a lining stays damp long after the room reads dry. We check panels internally rather than trusting a surface reading.
